This installment of our #WorkoutWebinar series will focus on explosive power and raw strength through kettlebell* training. Join Mawlee and target muscle groups and get a total body workout
*No kettlebells? No problem! Dumbbells, milk jugs, litter containers, or laundry detergent/softener bottles are a great substitute. If using a jug or container, fill it with sand or water to your desired weight and make sure the top is on TIGHTLY.
