This installment of our #WorkoutWebinar series will be a HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) class for all levels. The class will be a mix of cardio and strength intervals. Bring a dumbbell, kettlebell, liquid laundry detergent, or milk jug with handle will work for the strength portion. There will be high and low impact options. Class length: 50-55 minutes (includes warm up and stretch).
