For the safety of our athletes, audience and staff, you must be fully vaccinated to attend an event or use our space. You will be asked to show proof of vaccine with our registration, or before you enter the building for an event by our staff and volunteers.

Accepted forms for proof of vaccine include: A physical vaccine card with your name on it, a digital photo of your vaccine card on a cell phone, a digital screenshot of your vaccination status or the website showing your status through your state’s health department.

– All attendees must be masked (nose and mouth covered by a paper or cloth mask) except when eating in designated area, we will provide straws for beverage consumption outside of that area at our bar, so that you can drink with your mask on.

There are no exceptions for *Adult Games. Please plan accordingly.

*Children in an age group not yet able to be fully vaccinated will be seated with their parents in a families only section of the room for youth events.

Rose City Rollers follows the Multnomah County Covid Guidelines and reserves the right to additionally enforce their own Covid protocol at their complete discretion. Attendees will be informed of up to the minute requirements prior to game(s) via email, ticketing links, or at the door, and must be ready to comply or forfeit their ticket.

Q. Where do your events take place, how do I get there, and where do I park?

Most RCR bouts and events are held at our home and practice space, The Hangar at Oaks Amusement Park (7805 SE Oaks Park Way). This is a smaller venue with seating closer to the action and capacity for about 400 spectators, located directly across the parking lot from the Skating Rink at Oaks Park. For detailed directions visit the Oaks Park website. Parking is free and plentiful, but will fill up! You may have to park in another part of the amusement park and walk.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

Ticket sales and league merchandise accept both cash and credit cards. No bills larger than $20 will be accepted. Food and beverage is cash only, but there is an ATM nearby in the skating rink at Oaks Park! Visiting team merchandise may vary on what tender is accepted.

Q. Are your events family friendly?

Our events are all-ages and great for families! You must be 18+ to sit in trackside seating, but we have plenty of bleacher seating for younger folks. At our Junior Roller Derby events, we offer a discounted Family Pack ticketing: General Admission for two adults, two kids, 4 drink tickets, and popcorn.

Q. Do you offer discounted children’s ticket prices?

We do not offer children’s priced tickets, but children 6 and under are free! Limit 1 free child per paid admission.

Q. Do your events sell out? / The event I want to go to is already sold out, what do I do?

Our events sell out very quickly and almost always sell out in advance. We recommend purchasing your tickets at least 2 weeks before the event. Online ticketing ends 6 hours prior to the event. We always keep at least 30 tickets to sell beginning at the door opening time for every event. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour prior to the DOORS OPENING to have the best chance at getting one of these 30 tickets. Sales are first come, first serve. Must be present at time of purchase for admission.

If ticket sales are sold out, you may also be able to get tickets in-person from a skater. We encourage you to RSVP to our events on Facebook and connect with skaters and other fans who may have tickets available.

Q. What is the difference between General Admission and Reserved Seating?

All of our seating is in bleachers or floor seating trackside. Reserved Seating tickets are slightly more expensive, but guarantee bleacher viewing in a special section of our stands. These seats provide a great view of the game, and your own space in an otherwise packed house. General Admission tickets get you in to all the action–including the free-for-all competition for seats! Bleachers or the hard, cold crash-zone floor, it’s up to you. Our facility provides plenty of space for all our fans, but we can’t guarantee you’ll have a bleacher seat with this ticket. Please note, sitting alongside the track puts you within feet of the action and places you at higher risk of involvement in a skater collision. No one under 18 is permitted to sit on the floor alongside the track. Arrive early enough to make seating arrangements you are comfortable with.

Q. What about accessible seating?

ADA seating is available! Email us at ticketing@rosecityrollers.com to let us know what kind of accommodation you will need.

Q. Can I bring in outside food or drink?

No, outside food and drink is not permitted with the exception of sealed water bottles. We offer a variety of food and beverage (both alcoholic and non) at our events!

Q. I can’t attend, can I get a refund for my ticket?

Ticket sales are nonrefundable. As a nonprofit we rely on our ticket sales to pay the bills, and we have a very limited amount of tickets we can sell to each event! When we sell a ticket it reserves your place at the event and we cannot sell that spot to someone else, even if you do not attend. We do encourage you to resell your ticket at face value to another fan who would love to attend one of our sold out events in your place!

Q. Can I get a Media or Photography pass?

Members of the media, independent producers, and hobbyists should Contact Us (select Photo Releases) prior to attending a Rose City Rollers event. Rose City Rollers bouts are private events and Rose City Rollers reserves the right to restrict and/or deny all forms of recording. Visit our Press page for more information about photography and video access.

This event may be broadcasted live. By reading this, you agree that your voice, image, or likeness may be included in the broadcast, or non-broadcast media, or as part of promotions and marketing for the Rose City Rollers.

Fan Code of Conduct

The Rose City Rollers and its volunteers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the event venue and parking lot. We want all event patrons attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a bout, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

  • Abusive and obscene language or gestures, or any other form of harassment towards skaters (including opposing teams), officials, production staff, and other event patrons.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol/drug impairment. Outside beverages are not allowed except for sealed water bottles, and no consumption of any alcoholic beverages in the parking lot.
  • Any sound or visual device (including whistles) that may seriously detract from the quality of the spectator experience and could have an impact on the outcome of a bout.
  • Working dogs are welcome at events, but pets are not permitted.
  • Any behavior that is illegal, or considered beyond our PG-13 regards for our events.
  • Interference with the progress of the event.
  • Failing to follow instructions of event staff or the rules and guidelines of Oaks Amusement Park.

Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where all fans can enjoy the game free from the above behavior. Event patrons who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future Rose City Rollers events and Oaks Park property.

* Event staff is defined as both Rose City Rollers or Oaks Park employees and volunteers.
