Non-Derby:Job Posting. Part-Time Kitchen Manager

Hello All You Awesome People!
I Just know there is some person in our league or possibly that you might know, whom has the interest and experience to help manage my kitchen. It is a food cart in NE Portland serving Japanese Cuisine and Sushi. You will not be required to roll sushi, though I can teach you if you want. Kitchen experience is absolutely necessary though, and at least 1-2 years as a cook or kitchen manager. Business experience and management a huge plus. I am seeking someone super organized, who loves food, and is comfortable with customer service. If you think you can help or just want to offer some advice, I could really use that too! This could be a temporary consulting gig, or Full time position for the right person. Let me Know, Thanks!
