Men’s Roller Derby makes its debut in Portland
Join in or watch the Merby on Friday, September 18th, 8:00pm at Oaks Park

RCR will be hosting an open scrimmage for men from across the Northwest on Friday, September 18th at our practice facilty (the Hangar) at Oaks Park.

Fans, you think you know derby?  Think again, because when men play, it's a whole different game.  Expect a lot more track to be taken up, and a wild time all around.   Cheer on some of our much-appreciated Rose City Rollers refs and support staff as well as skaters from around the state and region.  No concessions will be available, so bring your own snacks.

Men interested in competing should contact Draggin Lady immediately.  Skaters will be assigned to a team based on skill level and prior skating experience.  Participants must have required safety gear including: Skates, helmet, mouth guard, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads in order to enter the track.  A travel stipend is available for skaters traveling from outside RCR.
