This month, as we spring forward in time, it's a month of serious derby action! This weekend, The
Wheels of
Justice
will represent RCR at the Wild West Showdown II in
Bremerton, Washington to kick off the March bouting action. Later
this month, three hometown brawls will take place, featuring the
Break Neck Betties vs.
Tacoma's Dockyard Derby Dames,
Guns N' Rollers
vs. High Rollers and a
Rosebuds intraleague bout.

- This wild and crazy event will feature 24 regional WFTDA leagues, including our beloved
Wheels of Justice, battling it out every hour

Break Neck Betties vs. Tacoma's Dockyard Derby Dames
Friday, March 18th, 8pm(doors @ 7pm) @
The Hangar at Oaks Park
- RCR's Break Neck Betties take on
one of Tacoma's Dockyard Derby Dames home teams,
Femme Fianna, in an informal scrimmage that promises to be every bit as hard-hitting and action-packed as a regular bout.
$7 at the door as a donation, no advance ticket sales.

Open Scrimmage
Saturday, March 19, 10am-1pm @ The Hangar at Oaks Park
- This event is a fundraiser - We need new training equipment. The pickup scrimmage is open to skaters of all
skill levels over the age of 18. Join the action - just five bucks to watch or play (you must have proof of
WFTDA or USARS insurance to scrimmage). If any of you would like to help ref/ jam time/volunteer- you get in
for free! Women play from 10am -1:00 pm; with co-ed action from 1:00 -2:00 pm. Participants -- bring two
T-shirts -- one black and one white.

- Guns N’ Rollers have some fresh blood on their team and they’re ready to rumble. Check out Intraleague Bout #3 this
weekend as they take on the green and gold ladies of the
High Rollers.

March Draft
- RCR's home teams will be on the hunt for their next stars from the Fresh Meat Training Program,
ranging from returning veterans to rookies, on Thursday,
March 10th! The number of open spots remains a mystery all the way up to Draft Day. Draft-eligible members from
Fresh Meat have been training hard for months and are ready to take it to the next
level. Keep an eye out for announcements of these future
superstars in the RCR Fan Forum and in our
April newsletter!
YEAHHHHH! The new track is AMAZING, and we still need your help!
