January was so much fun! Thanks to all of our fans, support staff and skaters! The release
of Chip Mabry's Brutal Beauty: Tales of the Rose City Rollers was a smashing
success and sold out at its Januray 9th release. Hollywood Theatre offered fans
three encore screenings Jan 26-28th so you could get your fill. Still not satiated?
Buy a copy of the
DVD
here.
Another sellout? Our 2010 season opener at
the Portland Expo Center! The Break Neck
Betties reigned supreme, but, as you know, that can change in a heartbeat. Don't
miss the start of our hangar bouts this month!
Who is Roller Derby? Who are our fans? Our skaters? And how do they compare with the rest of the derby world? The
Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is
rolling out their first-ever comprehensive online demographic survey of roller derby fans and skaters. Help
WFTDA and the Rose City Rollers understand the modern roller derby audience. The survey will be launched on February 1, and
will close on February 15. It only takes a minute so please stop
by here to fill out the survey. Thanks for participating!
