I was actually at said draft this time, and I can say that while the representatives from the league teams were VERY excited about our new teammates, we were also bummed that so many good skaters were left on the table. Next time, ladies!
There were roster spots available partially due to some recent retirements you should know about:
Rolla Reina and Harriet the Sly both stepped down from GNR for medical reasons. SheRex left the Heathers to tend to her business.
Barbahella (Hella to us) and Marollin’ Monroe both stepped down from the Betties just this week. The Betties just got a lot shorter and less sassy.
